Having moved to Green Acres with her lesson program back in 1994 and taking over the lease of the facility in 1998, Dawn Dascomb has made Green Acres her life. Dawn's background is eventing and dressage. Having competed very successfully through Training level eventing and earning her USDF Bronze medal with Tre in 2009 she continues her teaching, training and competing while raising two little girls. 2011 was a successful year with her 6 year old mare who went out for her first Beginner Novice event in May and ended up 7th in the country as well as giving Dawn a 3rd place national year end placing and 2nd in Area 1 in her division. Green Acres has gotten it's reputation as a kid friendly barn with riders from all disciplines. We produce area champions and national champions year in and year out. With horses that are outside all day in individual and group turnouts we have very happy and relaxed horses. We have a busy calendar hosting our own event series, horse shows, daycamps and clinics. Come by for a visit anytime!!

In addition to Dawn's instruction there are also several other instructors, including Anne Anderson, Kathleen O'Reilly and Jill Middaugh. Each offering incredible knowledge and enthusiasm making the sport safe and fun.
